Job summary

OneSchool Global is seeking a Campus Student Support Assistant at Bairnsdale Campus to support students from years 3 to 12. The role is full-time and permanent, commencing in Term 1, 2027.

You will work one-to-one with a student with communication and learning needs, following care plans, and maintaining confidentiality. Applicants should hold a Certificate III or IV in Education Support and have a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Education Support required.
• Experience in one-to-one support for students with communication/learning needs.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) required.
• Ability to follow student care plans and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Learning Support Teacher to reinforce strategies.
• Support across academic, social and self-care contexts.
• Provide student-centred, dignified support in daily classroom activities.
• Assist with communication supports using AAC and visuals.
