Job summary

OneSchool Global Mt Victoria is seeking a Campus Student Support Assistant for the Mt Victoria campus in Term 1, 2027, on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work closely with the Learning Support Teacher to reinforce strategies, support one-to-one with students, and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.

The successful candidate will hold a Certificate III or IV in Education Support with relevant experience, demonstrate flexibility across contexts, and have a current WWCC.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Education Support is required.
• Experience working one-to-one with students with communication and learning needs.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and support student dignity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Learning Support Teacher to reinforce strategies.
• Apply student-centred practices with dignity and respect in daily interactions.
• Adapt support across academic, social, and self-care contexts.
• Engage in professional learning for key programs (e.g., Zones of Regulation).
• Support the Learning Support Teacher with planning/release time.
• Provide respectful personal care tailored to student needs.
