Job summary

Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula invites applications for two Assistant Head of Campus – Student Wellbeing & Growth (Years 7–9 Mornington Campus) roles. These 3-year Tenured Leadership positions work with teaching staff to promote a safe, inclusive learning environment and strong student wellbeing.

The roles sit within our pastoral leadership team, reporting to the Vice Principal – Students, and involve working closely with House Coordinators, Heads of Campus and other leaders to drive

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a school setting.
• Ability to lead wellbeing, engagement and behaviour initiatives.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and visible leadership of student wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement across Years 7–9.
• Lead Positive Behaviour for Learning and pastoral care with staff to support attendance and wellbeing.
• Coordinate pastoral programs, voice, leadership and formation for student participation and service.
• Support campus operations and priorities with the Head of Campus and College leaders.
