  • Demonstrated experience working with individuals experiencing complex wellbeing, mental health, behavioural or safety concerns within a health, community services, higher education, justice or similar setting.
  • Experience applying professional judgement and evidenced based tools to assess and manage behavioural threat and risk, develop risk management strategies, and support decision-making in complex or sensitive situations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a broad range of stakeholders, and communicate effectively with individuals experiencing distress, conflict or crisis.
  • Demonstrated experience responding to individuals impacted by trauma, including the ability to apply trauma-informed, person-centred and culturally safe approaches.
  • Knowledge of current practice in responding to gender-based violence, family and domestic violence, sexual harm and other forms of interpersonal violence, including victim-survivor centred approaches.
