Job summary

oOh!media, based in Melbourne, is seeking a Campaign Executive to support the sales team with campaign briefs, go-live activities, and post‑campaign analysis.

You will maintain CRM data, generate reports in Excel and PowerPoint, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service. No media experience is required—just a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• A background in front-line customer service, sales support, or administration.
• A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the drive to meet commitments in fast-paced environments.
• Good problem-solving skills and the confidence to seek effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team across the campaign lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams to prioritise workload and deliver outcomes for clients.
• Maintain and keep data up to date in our CRM and internal systems.
• Produce reports in Excel and PowerPoint to deliver insights to the team.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as required.
