oOh!media Limited, based in Brisbane, is hiring a Campaign Executive to provide admin support to a fast-paced sales team. You will assist with campaigns from briefing to post‑campaign analysis, manage CRM data, and deliver reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-line customer service, sales support, or administration.
• Strong attention to detail with task prioritisation.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Good problem-solving ability and client expectation focus.
• Able to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support client and campaign lifecycle from briefing to post‑campaign analysis.
• Build relationships with team and supporting groups to prioritise workload.
• Maintain data in CRM and internal tools.
• Create reports in Excel and PowerPoint to share insights.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required.
