oOh!media, Australia’s leading Out of Home company, seeks a Campaign Executive based in Brisbane to support a dynamic sales team. You’ll manage campaign lifecycle activities, brief responses, and client queries while maintaining CRM data and delivering impactful reports.

Join a fast-paced, collaborative culture with 4 days in the office and flexible options. You’ll work with Tier 1 media agency partners and contribute to exceptional client service and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service, sales support, or administration experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and confidence to find solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication across teams.
• Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• No media experience required; willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with campaign lifecycle activities from briefing to post-campaign analysis.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and generate standard reports.
• Produce reports in Excel and PowerPoint to support the team.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and stakeholder requests as needed.
