Job summary

JCDecaux Australia is seeking an entry‑level candidate to support the end‑to‑end delivery of Out‑of‑Home advertising campaigns. You will liaise with sales, media and creative teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and tracked through to post‑install reporting.

The role offers exposure to a fast‑paced media environment, with opportunities to develop administrative and coordination skills while supporting production and client delivery. A hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Prior administrative experience and ability to work to deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete on‑time delivery of allocated campaigns for clients.
• Track and report campaigns from sales through post‑install reporting.
• Meet deadlines; validate new campaigns the same business day.
• Fulfilment of all contractual display agreements.
• Manage internally produced campaigns, including work orders and info to production supplier.
