Job summary

Transport for NSW in NSW is seeking a plant operator to support regional road maintenance. You will operate Lime spreader, Water Cart, rollers, loader and mixer, and contribute to safe, efficient project delivery across the region.

This on-site role uses a camp-away arrangement with Sunday to Friday work, one RDO per month, and requires you to meet licensing, safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating plant equipment such as Lime spreader, Water Cart, rollers, loader and mixer.
• Ability to complete work records and conduct pre-start inspections.
• Willingness to obtain additional licences or certifications as directed.

Responsibilities

• Operate lime spreader, water cart, rollers, loader and mixer to support road works.
• Perform pre-start inspections, basic maintenance and safety checks.
• Complete traffic management tasks and other operational duties in the field.
• Adhere to safety, environmental and quality standards while working on a camp-based schedule.
