The Opportunity Hub UK Ltd is seeking an ambitious Development Manager to oversee residential and mixed-use schemes in the Cambridge area. You will drive feasibility, appraisals and delivery, coordinating architects, planners and landowners while protecting commercial viability.

Hybrid working combines Cambridge office time with site visits; a strong track record in development and strong negotiation skills are essential. Opportunity for progression in a growing business.

Formación

• Solid track record as a Development Manager or equivalent in Property & Construction.
• Experience with development appraisals, viability and site acquisition.
• Familiar with the UK planning system; Cambridge or East of England exposure preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with landowners, agents and contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use schemes from acquisition to delivery.
• Lead feasibility studies and appraisals to ensure financial viability.
• Coordinate architects, planners, contractors and consultants to keep programmes intact.
• Negotiate land deals and maintain relationships with landowners and local authorities.
• Track budgets and report on viability, risk and progress to stakeholders.
• Steer schemes through planning and mitigate risks early.
