Job summary

Senior Site Manager – Cambridgeshire – responsible for a residential development in the Cambridge area, overseeing luxury apartments and townhouses from inception to completion.

You will ensure strict build schedules are met, manage on-site teams, and report to a Senior Project Manager/Director with assistants reporting into you.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential developments on traditional build schemes (town houses and apartments).
• CSCS Black Card desirable; SMSTS and First Aid preferred.
• CIOB membership desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a residential project in the Cambridge area and manage site operations.
• Oversee internal and external build processes to maintain the schedule.

Senior Site Manager – Cambridgeshire – up to £60,000 plus package DOE

My client is a highly respected UK national residential developer specialising in new build developments within London and the Home Counties.

Job description & Responsibilities

My client is looking to add to their growing team with the addition of a strong Senior Site Manager for a new residential project based in the Cambridge area.

The developments consist of traditional build luxury apartments ranging from 1-3 bedrooms and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom town houses and my client requires a strong senior site manager to see the development through to completion.

Overseeing both the internal and external processes the ideal candidate will ensure that keeping to a tight build schedule is critical in making sure the project stays on track.

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager/Director, you will help oversee the development and will have Assistant/Site Managers reporting into you.

Key Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidates must have experience working for a residential developer on traditional build schemes consisting of town houses and apartments from inception through completion.

Candidates must have a valid CSCS Black Card (Desirable), SMSTS, first aid and a member of CIOB is desirable but not essential.
