Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Consultant to join our Brendale-based team. You will handle inbound calls, answer inquiries, and guide customers through their orders across SRG brands including Supercheap Auto, Rebel, BCF and Macpac.

This fixed-term, full-time role runs from Sep/Oct 2026 through 23 January 2027, with a rotating roster Mon-Sun, 7am-6pm and weekend penalties. Onsite parking is free; staff discounts across SRG brands are available, along with comprehensive

• Deliver exceptional customer service across SRG brands (Supercheap Auto, Rebel, BCF, Macpac) and support the customer journey.
• Operate within a fixed-term, full-time schedule starting between September and October and through to 23 January 2027, including weekend shifts with penalty rates.

• Fixed-term, full-time opportunity: Positions will commence between September and October and run through to 23 January 2027, making this a great opportunity to secure work through the busy holiday period.
• Rotating Roster: Monday to Sunday, between 7 am to 6 pm. Weekend shifts available with high penalty rates. Rosters provided in advance so you can balance work with everything else you love doing!

What You Need:

• Communication superstars: You’ve got the gift of gab, but you’re also a great listener and can convey your thoughts clearly in writing. Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills are a must.
• Customer service champs: Whether you’ve been serving customers in a call centre, restaurant, or any other industry, you know how to deliver exceptional customer service. Your experience will be a big plus!
• Availability over the weekends - this role will require weekend availability, with attractive penalty rates for weekend shifts.
• Christmas peak availability: You’ll be part of the team supporting customers through the busy Christmas period. Availability across this time is essential with no planned leave. Christmas Day and New Year’s Day are business closure days.
