Job summary

BCF Castle Hill is seeking a Part Time Maximum Term Seasonal Retail Associate to help customers, stock shelves and deliver great service during our busy season. Your days will include advising customers, stocking displays and keeping the store welcoming and tidy.

Flexibility to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays through the peak period is essential. Join a team with strong discounts, benefits and career opportunities within the Super Retail Group.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Must be able to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays over summer.
• Be prepared for stocking shelves and assisting customers throughout the day.
• Reliability and resilience are important for this role.
• Knowledge or passion for our products is highly regarded.
• Pre-employment checks including 2x references and work rights verification.

What we’re looking for

• We’re seeking 1000+ seasonal positions across Australia.
• Retail experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• We’re especially looking for team members who can work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays over summer. Our busy season runs from mid-October through to early-February, and it’s essential that you’re available throughout this period!
• Reliability and resilience.
• This role requires stamina for tasks like stocking shelves, assisting customers, and more throughout the day.
• Knowledge or passion for our products is highly regarded.
• Be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including providing 2x Reference Checks and Work Rights Verification.
