Super Retail Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Customer Service Manager) to join our regional store in Victoria. You’ll coach customer service, develop your team and help drive sales performance in a store that’s growing and full of opportunity.
You’ll lead a team of up to 25, set service standards, and partner with the Store Manager to create a positive, engaging environment. A track record in leadership, customer-focused roles, and merchandising best practices will help you excel.
This is a front-of-house leadership role where you’ll coach customer service, develop team capability, and help drive performance in a large regional store which opened 18 months ago and still plenty of growth and opportunity still ahead.

About the role
As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Customer Service Manager), you’re key in supporting the Store Manager to help the store reach its full sales potential, run smoothly, and create a positive, engaging environment for the team.
In this role, you’ll be the customer experience and coaching lead, setting the rhythm and service standard and driving development and performance on the floor. Supporting a team of up to 25, with 6–10 on the floor at any time, you'll work alongside a small but collaborative and solutions focussed leadership team. To thrive here, you’ll ideally bring:
