Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee all project activities to ensure successful completion within agreed timelines and budgets
• Manage project teams, contractors and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project specifications
• Monitor project progress and financial performance, identifying and addressing any variances or risks promptly
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, budgets and correspondence
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and regulatory authorities to manage expectations and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure work meets contractual specifications and industry standards
• Manage project budgets, control costs and optimise resource allocation
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and profitability
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, team members and external partners
