Job summary

Miami Bakehouse in Myalup, WA, is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the busy Myalup Venue, a popular stop for locals and travellers. This hands-on role focuses on sales, service and overall performance.

You’ll manage day-to-day operations, coach your team, drive sales, maintain high standards, and ensure excellent customer experience. The role offers a salary up to 110,000 AUD, a monthly $800 bonus, and a supportive leadership team.

Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Manager to lead our Myalup Venue, a busy and popular stop for locals and travellers heading to and from WA’s South West.

You’ll be coming into an established operation with a loyal customer base and plenty of opportunity to build on what’s already working. This is a hands‑on management role with a strong focus on sales, service and overall performance.

We’re looking for someone who understands what makes a successful cafe. You’ll be confident managing a fast‑paced operation, making sound decisions, maintaining high standards and getting the best from your team.

You’ll have the opportunity to put your experience to good use and make your mark on an already successful location.
