Miami Bakehouse Pty is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts, motivate staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at our Mandurah café. The role is full-time (38 hours per week) with no late nights and strong opportunities for growth within a multi-site business.

You will support the Store Manager, oversee day-to-day operations, and help meet sales targets while maintaining quality and consistency.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or retail leadership.
