Job summary

Vili's Family Bakery in Adelaide is seeking enthusiastic team members for consistency in rosters and regular weekly shifts. The role offers ongoing casual employment with potential permanency, with options across day, afternoon or night shifts in a fast-paced café environment.

You will deliver warm customer service, take orders, prepare beverages, and assist with food items while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail or customer service preferred.
• Barista experience is helpful but not required.
• Friendly, reliable, customer-focused.
• Able to work in busy environment and handle cash.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a warm, friendly café experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and other café drinks.
• Assemble and present food items, including plating hot food and preparing sandwiches and light meals.
• Operate fryers and prepare menu items to support efficient service.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Handle customer payments and maintain cash handling accuracy.
• Keep service areas, displays and dining spaces clean and presentable.
• Work closely with your team to provide excellent customer service during busy periods.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
