Virgin Active in Bondi Westfield is seeking a full-time Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and lead the team. You will ensure efficiency, train staff on procedures and food safety, and uphold service standards across shifts.

You will monitor performance, manage inventory, and support cash handling and promotions. The role emphasizes guest experience, cleanliness, and brand consistency within a dynamic wellness club environment.

• Flexible working with a 7-day rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day store operations and ensure activities run smoothly.
• Monitor team performance to maintain high service standards.
• Train and mentor new and existing team members on procedures, food safety, and customer service.
• Coach, develop and motivate the team, addressing training or service gaps.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing wastage.
• Ensure compliance with QSVC standards (Quality, Security, Safety, Cleanliness).
• Oversee hygiene, safety, and cleanliness to maintain a top member experience.
• Support cash handling procedures and daily financial reporting as needed.
• Assist in executing sales promotions and ensuring merchandise is presented effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to drive sales while maintaining brand consistency.
