Job summary

Full Throttle is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy cafe in New South Wales. You will lead, coach and support a hands-on team to deliver excellent service, quality food and a vibrant customer experience during peak periods.

The role requires strong organisational skills, a calm and proactive approach, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You will drive standards, safety and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous cafe or hospitality management experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of the cafe
