Job summary

The Coffee Club Gladstone is hiring a Café Manager to lead the grand opening of a brand-new café. You will shape the team, culture and customer experience from day one, guided by Brisbane-based supports and one of Australia’s best‑known café brands.

You’ll recruit, train and manage staff, drive community connections and establish the café as a local favourite, with a competitive base salary and profit‑share incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading café/hospitality teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage labour, stock and financial performance.
• Proven track record of building customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the opening of the brand-new The Coffee Club café in Gladstone from day one.
• Recruit, onboard and develop the team; establish a strong café culture.
• Drive community engagement and build relationships with local businesses and groups.
• Oversee operations, customer experience and commercial performance post-launch.
