Cakes by Max in Sydney is seeking a Cafe Manager to lead daily operations and guest experience. You will oversee store presentation, rosters, promotions and coach a team to deliver authentic service and delicious desserts.

With a minimum of two years in hospitality or retail management, you will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage budgets, stock, and labour, and uphold Cakes by Max standards while delivering memorable guest experiences and driving sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' management experience.
• Hospitality or retail experience required.
• Exceptional guest service.
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively.
