Responsibilities

• Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages.
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service.
• Managing daily cafe operations.
• Opening and/or closing the cafe.
• Supervising and supporting staff.
• Managing staff rosters and daily workflow.
• Monitoring stock levels and placing orders when required.
• Maintaining cleanliness, presentation and food safety standards.
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Helping maintain a positive and organised work environment.
