Job summary

BAKE'D Merrylands in Merrylands, NSW is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to lead the Front of House team with strong barista and coffee skills. You will manage daily FOH operations, train staff, and ensure top coffee quality and service standards in a high-volume cafe setting.

The role requires weekend and public holiday availability, rostering and labour management, and hands-on leadership. This is a full-time position at Merrylands, NSW with opportunities for growth within BAKE'D.

Qualifications

• Strong barista and specialty coffee experience.
• Experience with rostering and labour management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily FOH operations.
• Lead and train the FOH and barista team.

• Support the coffee station during busy periods.
