Job summary

Flamingo's Car Wash & Ava's Place Cafe in Merrylands, NSW, is seeking a hands-on cafe supervisor to oversee daily operations. You will manage coffee preparation, deliver friendly customer service and lead the team through busy periods.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is confident behind the coffee machine and also comfortable managing the day-to-day operations of a busy cafe.

Key responsibilities

Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages
