We're looking for a great barista who's ready for something more.

Doughboys is a busy sourdough bagel, doughnut and coffee shop in Melbourne CBD, and we're looking for someone with personality, initiative and a genuine love of hospitality to help lead our front-of-house team.

This isn't a traditional café management position, and we're not looking for someone who just wants to make hundreds of coffees a day.

We're looking for someone who enjoys the whole experience of hospitality. Great coffee, great food, connecting with customers and being part of a team that takes pride in what it does.

You'll be hands-on in the shop, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow into a management role.
