Qualifications

• Commercial Cookery Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum four years’ experience in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Excellent communication and literacy skills.
• Experience with computer systems (MS Office).
• Collaborative and positive approach to leading and supporting others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality meals and dining experiences in the cafe.
• Plan menus and coordinate stock ordering for the cafe.
• Lead cafe staff and provide on-the-job training.
• Ensure HACCP, WHS and food safety compliance.
• Respond to customer queries with timely solutions.
• Monitor budgets and contribute to sales initiatives.
