Allpress Espresso Ltd. is seeking a Kitchen All‑Rounder for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Sydney. You will prep ingredients, assemble fresh sandwiches, cook simple hot dishes, bake treats, and help with serving and cleaning to support a high‑quality café offering.

You’ll work closely with the Café Manager and National Kitchen Lead, rotating tasks and maintaining food safety, presentation, and guest experience across front and back of house.

Formación

• Previous café, kitchen or hospitality experience.
• Confidence making sandwiches, preparing ingredients and cooking simple hot dishes.
• Friendly manner and willingness to serve customers.
• Strong food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards consistently.
• Good organisation and ability to manage several tasks during service.
• Willingness to share dishwashing, cleaning and general café duties.
• Availability for early mornings and weekends.
• Willingness to complete required food safety training.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients and make fresh sandwiches for cabinet and service.
• Prepare and cook hot dishes to recipes and presentation standards.
• Bake and finish sweet treats and bakery items.
• Keep food display stocked, fresh and well presented.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the till and serve food.
• Plate dishes, run food and clear tables.
• Wash dishes and clean equipment; keep kitchen and service areas tidy.
• Follow food safety procedures, including temperature checks, labelling, storage and allergen processes.
• Receive deliveries, rotate stock and minimise waste.
• Work with team to keep service running smoothly.
