Job summary

Allpress Espresso Ltd is seeking a Kitchen All-Rounder for a 6-month fixed-term contract in New South Wales. The role covers food preparation, cooking, baking and customer service within our café team, rotating between kitchen and front-of-house as needed to deliver a quality food offering that complements our coffee.

You will work closely with the Café Manager and National Kitchen Lead, enjoy variety in tasks, and contribute to a well-organised kitchen and service area, including basic

Qualifications

Previous experience in a café, kitchen or similar hospitality role.
Ability to prepare ingredients and cook simple hot dishes.
Strong food safety and hygiene practices.
Willingness to help with dishwashing and café duties.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and make fresh sandwiches for the cabinet and service.
Prepare and cook hot dishes to recipes and presentation standards.
Bake and finish sweet treats and bakery items.
Greet customers, take orders, operate the till and serve food.
Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organised.
Follow food safety procedures, including temperature checks and allergen handling.
