Job summary

ISS Global is seeking a Cafe Assistant for the onsite cafe at a food manufacturing facility in Wahgunyah, VIC. The role is part-time with specific afternoon/evening shifts from Monday to Friday.

You will ensure high standards of food service, prepare meals, and maintain clean prep areas while delivering friendly customer service. Applicants should have experience in a Food and Beverage environment, be a team player, and be able to obtain a National Police Check within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food and Beverage environment.
• Availability Monday to Thursday 2pm–9:30pm and Friday 2pm–8:30pm.
• Must provide a clear National Police Check within 12 months of issue.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of food services in line with Food Safety Legislation and Procedures.
• Prepare and present canteen meals such as salads, sandwiches and drinks.
• Clean and sanitize food service and prep areas, trays, cutlery, crockery and trolleys.
• Prepare work stations including assembly of items and stocking of consumables.
• Deliver friendly and genuine excellent service to all customers.

Our team is growing and we are looking for Cafe Assistant for an onsite café at a food manufacturing facility in Wahgunyah VIC, employed on a Part-Time basis.

The required shift time is Monday to Thursday, 2pm to 9.30pm and Friday, 2pm to 8.30pm.

What You Will Do

• Maintain a high standard of food services in accordance with Food Safety Legislation and Food Services Procedures
• Preparation and presentation ofCanteenmeals such as salads, sandwiches and drinks
• Cleaning and sanitizing offood service and prep areas;trays, cutlery, crockery and trolleys
• Preparation of work stations including assembly of items and stocking of consumables
• Delivering friendly and genuine excellent service to all customers
• Available to work Monday to Thursday, 2pm to 9.30pm and Friday, 2pm to 8.30pm.
• Experience in a Food and Beverage environment
• Able to demonstrate initiative and work in a team

If successful, you would need to provide a clear National Police Check within 12 months of issue
