Job summary

ISS is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Wahgunyah location, full‑time. The role suits someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and delivering excellent service in a fast‑paced environment.

You will respond to maintenance requests, perform general maintenance, and ensure safety procedures are followed on site. The position offers the opportunity to work within a global organisation, with on‑site parking and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship skills and confidence handling difficult situations positively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Trade qualification desirable, but not essential.
• Ability to pass a national police check.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly to support daily site operations.
• Perform general maintenance including fixing furniture, walls, doors, and unblocking toilets.
• Use tools and equipment safely in line with manufacturer instructions and ISS procedures.
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify faults and defects for follow‑up action.
• Support grounds maintenance as required.
