Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality environment.
• Previous barista experience.
• Current NSW RSA certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
• Take customer orders and process transactions accurately.
• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Run food from the kitchen to guests promptly and professionally.
• Clear tables and maintain clean dining areas.
• Assist with café opening and closing procedures.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot beverages.
• Operate espresso machines and coffee-making equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the coffee station.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as required.
• Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas.
• Clean and sanitise tables, benches, equipment and workstations.
• Sweep and mop floors during and after service.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with café and kitchen teams.
• Support café operations during busy periods and events.
