Job summary

EVT Group’s Lovedale Brewbar in the Hunter Valley is seeking a Bar Attendant to deliver exceptional service, take orders, and operate taps and coffee machines while maintaining a clean, safe venue.

You will engage guests, promote offerings, and work with kitchen and front-of-house teams to create memorable experiences. RSA certification and bar/coffee experience are required; weekend/evening work is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in brewery, pub, bar, restaurant, or cellar door.
• Current RSA certification.
• Coffee-making/barista experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift stock.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive guest experiences.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve guest enquiries and complaints promptly, escalating where required.
