Qualifications

• Experience in resort, hotel, bar, conference or events environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• RSA certification and liquor knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and engaging service to all guests.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Set up, stock, and pack down event bars per requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments.
• Ensure glassware and garnishes are prepared and available.
• Follow event run sheets and collaborate with teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar areas.
• Adapt to changing event requirements and guest numbers.
• Adhere to RSA and liquor licensing laws.
