Job summary

Findex is offering a unique paid cadet program for Year 12 leavers based in Albury, NSW. The 12-month program provides hands-on externalaudit experience, mentorship, and structured study with CA ANZ, with no university debt.

You will work four days a week on audit engagements and one day for study, gaining skills in financial reporting, risk, and client advisory while building your accounting qualifications.

Your role, your contribution!

In this 12-month paid program, you will work across real client engagements and build the skills that matter in externalaudit. You will contribute by:

• Supporting the delivery of financial statement audits across a diverse client portfolio
• Working alongside experienced auditors on risk and assurance engagements
• Helping clients improve their business processes and financial reporting

How it works

Fourdayswork, onedaystudy. You will spend four days a week at Findex in Albury, doing hands-on audit work mentored by experienced professionals and learning the fundamentals of assurance and financial reporting in a real-world setting. One day a week is dedicated to structured study through CA ANZ, working towards your accounting qualification without the full-time university commitment or the fees. Throughout the program you will be supported by dedicated mentors, abuddyand the broader Findex team, so you are never learning alone.
