Findex is offering a unique paid cadet program for Year 12 leavers based in Albury, NSW. The 12-month program provides hands-on externalaudit experience, mentorship, and structured study with CA ANZ, with no university debt.

You will work four days a week on audit engagements and one day for study, gaining skills in financial reporting, risk, and client advisory while building your accounting qualifications.

Qualifications

• Year 12 leaver with strong English, Business, Accounting or Maths.
• No university required for this paid cadet program.
• Gain real audit experience while studying toward accounting qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of financial statement audits across a diverse client portfolio.
• Work alongside experienced auditors on risk and assurance engagements.
• Help clients improve their business processes and financial reporting.
• Engage with a range of clients, from medium-sized private groups to large listed and international corporations.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver clear advice and practical solutions.
