Topgolf Gold Coast is seeking a Caddie to support guests in a fast-paced, fun environment. You will greet guests, deliver beverages, and work closely with Bay Hosts to create Moments that Matter.

The role offers casual shifts Monday–Saturday and Sundays at a higher rate. Applicants should hold an RSA and enjoy teamwork in a lively venue with great perks.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
• Energetic and enthusiastic, with good communication.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with collaborative attitude.
• High self-awareness and adaptability to change.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, approachable manner.
• Assist the team in caring for guests as needed.
• Observe responsible service of alcohol policies.
• Deliver beverages quickly to keep items cold and fresh.
• Work as a team with Bay Hosts and Bartenders.

• Greet every Guest you encounter in a friendly and approachable manner - smile, make eye contact and maintain positive body language
• Show flexibility by assisting the team in caring for Guests in whatever way is needed
• Protect our Players and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol
• Take pride in ensuring beverage items are delivered quickly so they remain cold and fresh
