Job summary

Topgolf Gold Coast is seeking a Casual Bartender to deliver friendly, prompt service across a high-energy venue. You’ll mix craft drinks, assist guests and promote our food and beverage menu while upholding responsible service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate essential.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with energetic demeanor.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Flexible to evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift small loads.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly service from the bar.
• Prepare and serve drinks according to Topgolf recipes.
• Promote menu items to boost guest experience and sales.
• Maintain bar stock and keep area clean and presentable.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner
• Offer food and beverages from the bar
• Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol
• Ensure the bar remains stocked and looking fantastic
• Offer optimum guest service – create “Moments that Matter”
• Take pride in preparing and serving drinks according to Topgolf recipes and standards
• Suggest premium menu items to enhance the Guest’s experience and maximise sales

Key Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs
