Job summary

Topgolf Gold Coast is hiring a Casual Bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences across events and casual visits. You will greet guests, mix and serve drinks, and ensure the bar remains welcoming and well stocked.

The role rewards speed, accuracy and friendly engagement with players and teams. In addition to a competitive pay rate, there are strong perks, flexible scheduling, training opportunities and staff discounts across venues and parks within the Village Roadshow family.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is required.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (RSA) is required.
• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude for a fast-paced bar environment.
• Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take orders at the bar.
• Prepare and serve drinks according to Topgolf recipes and standards.
• Maintain stocked and clean bar area throughout the shift.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maximise sales of premium menu items.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner
• Offer food and beverages from the bar
• Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol
• Ensure the bar remains stocked and looking fantastic
• Offer optimum guest service – create “Moments that Matter”
• Take pride in preparing and serving drinks according to Topgolf recipes and standards
• Suggest premium menu items to enhance the Guest’s experience and maximise sales

Key Qualifications
