Job summary

Mondelez International in Australia is seeking a proactive Field Sales Merchandiser to manage a set of stores across the Metro Perth area. You will build strong retailer relationships, set up product displays, and ensure shelf presence with compelling point-of-sale materials to attract shoppers.

You will maintain product availability, spot opportunities to boost visibility, and strive for maximum shelf impact through proven merchandising techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or supermarkets is preferred but not required.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Must hold a valid Australian driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and Sales team by being reliable, efficient, and communicating effectively.
• Build displays of products in line with standards and in pre-agreed locations.
• Use impactful Point of Sale on displays to generate shopper interest.
• Ensure products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase.
• Look for additional opportunities to enable shoppers to enjoy products.
• Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising techniques.

You will:

Who we are looking for:

• A self-starter with strong planning, organizational skills and a high drive for results
• Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or supermarkets is highly preferred but not required
• Must hold a valid Australian driver’s license
