Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Field Sales Merchandiser to cover the Metro Perth area. You will build relationships with retailers and the Mondelēz sales team, ensuring displays meet brand standards and are present in key locations.

You will manage shelf availability, use point-of-sale materials to drive shopper interest, and seek new opportunities to grow sales while traveling across WA with a company car. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Merchandising experience or familiarity with in-store displays.
• Experience in retail, supermarkets, or consumer goods is preferred.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with retailers and the Sales team.
• Create and maintain product displays aligned with brand standards.
• Use POS materials to drive shopper interest and sales.
• Ensure products are available on shelf for customers.
• Identify opportunities to expand in-store presence.

You will be responsible for a set of stores and work with our customers in the Metro Perth area. This is a full time position. You must have a valid driver’s license as the role comes with a fully maintained company car.

You will:

• Build strong relationships with our customers and Sales team by being reliable, efficient, and communicating effectively
• Build displays of our products in line with our standards and in the pre-agreed locations
• Use impactful Point of Sale on our displays to generate shopper interest in our products
• Make sure our products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase
• Keep looking for additional opportunities to enable shoppers to enjoy our products
• Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.

Who we are looking for:

• A self-starter with strong planning, organizational skills and a high drive for results
• Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or supermarkets is highly preferred but not required
• Ideal candidate location is within Metro Perth, and must have the willingness to drive and cover various locations across WA as required
• Must hold a valid Australian driver’s license
