Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking a casual Construction Assistant to support builders, landscapers and industrial firms with general labouring tasks across multiple sites in Queensland. The role offers $35.11 per hour, with a weekly earnings expectation of around $1,400+, plus superannuation and a daily travel allowance.

Qualifications

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, with opportunities to work across a variety of industries including:

• Commercial and residential landscaping
• Residential and commercial construction
• Warehouse fit-outs and pallet racking installations
• Shopfitting and carpentry projects
• Demolition and strip-out work
• General labouring across manufacturing and industrial sites
• Container unloading
• Site clean-ups and final cleans
• General manual handling duties

Typical tasks include:

• Packing and stacking
• Assembling products
• Assisting qualified tradespeople

What We're Looking For

To join our team you must have:

PPE Requirements
