Job summary

Optimal Workforce is seeking Production Operators for a hands-on role based in Frenchs Forest, NSW. You will assist in the manufacture of cable assemblies, following detailed drawings and production instructions with emphasis on accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling cable harnesses and wiring assemblies.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cable and harness products per drawings and job instructions.
• Interpret wiring schedules, schematics and production documents.
• Operate hand tools and machinery for cable prep and assembly.
• Perform soldering tasks to a high standard.
• Maintain traceability via production records and workplace standards.
