Job summary

EIR Labour Hire is seeking reliable workers for a stable manufacturing role assembling electrical cable assemblies in Murarrie, QLD. You'll join a skilled team on a day shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm, with overtime opportunities.

You will read wiring diagrams, use hand tools, perform quality checks and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Full Australian working rights are essential, with immediate start and ongoing work available.

Qualifications

• Experience in cable assembly.
• Electrical or electronics assembly experience.
• Manufacturing or production experience.
• Mechanical assembly experience.
• Wiring or harness assembly experience.
• Experience using hand tools in a workshop environment.

Join a leading Australian telecommunications manufacturer producing high-quality electrical cable assemblies used in critical infrastructure projects across the country.

About the Role

Working as part of a skilled production team, you'll assemble and test electrical cable assemblies and components used across Australia's telecommunications industry.

Your duties will include:

• Assembling cables and electrical components
• Connecting and terminating wiring
• Reading work instructions and basic wiring diagrams
• Using hand tools and assembly equipment
• Completing quality inspections
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

What We're Looking For

We're looking for reliable people with a great attitude who enjoy hands-on work.

Ideally, you'll have experience in one or more of the following:

• Cable assembly
• Electrical or electronics assembly
• Manufacturing or production
• Mechanical assembly
• Wiring or harness assembly
• Using hand tools in a workshop environment
