Job summary

Sungrow, a leading solar and energy storage solutions provider, seeks an experienced C&I Account Manager in Australia to drive new customer acquisition and account development across the commercial & industrial sector. You will own customer relationships, identify opportunities and coordinate with project, engineering and product teams to deliver tailored energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Australian solar, battery energy storage, electrical or renewable energy industry.
• Demonstrated experience working with C&I EPCs, solar installers, electrical contractors, distributors or solar/BESS OEMs.
• Existing customer relationships and industry networks within the Australian C&I solar, battery or electrical market are highly desirable.
• Proven ability to develop new customers, build strong relationships and identify business opportunities.
• Strong commercial awareness, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a good understanding of C&I solar and battery applications.
• Proactive and confident in customer visits, cold outreach and industry networking, with willingness to travel regularly across Australia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers through regular visits and industry networking.
• Build relationships with EPCs, electrical contractors, solar installers, developers, distributors and commercial customers.
• Maintain commercial ownership of opportunities from initial engagement through quotation, negotiation and order conversion.
• Coordinate with internal teams when technical or project support is required.
• Provide market intelligence to support C&I business planning and market strategy.
• Organise customer training, product workshops, roadshows and other customer engagement activities.
