Job summary

Universal Store in Byron Bay is seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager for a Full-Time role. You will work closely with the Store Manager, mirroring Store Manager responsibilities, and grow your leadership career.

You will operate on a Sunday-Thursday roster, lead store performance, deliver outstanding service, and coach the team to hit sales targets while upholding Universal Store standards.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).
• Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong operational understanding - VM, stock, store standards.
• Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
