Universal Store in Penrith, Sydney, NSW, AU is seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager to partner closely with the Store Manager. This full‑time role mirrors many Store Manager responsibilities and is the ideal step if you want to grow your retail leadership career.

This position works closely with the Store Manager and mirrors many Store Manager responsibilities, making it the perfect step if you’re looking to grow your retail leadership career. The successful candidate will work a Sunday–Thursday roster.

Responsibilities

• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.
• Flexible, hands‑on, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
