Responsibilities

• Own pre-sale compliance from start to finish, ensuring every vehicle meets internal policy and regulatory requirements.
• Run detailed compliance checks including recalls, manufacturer contact, service history reviews and ASIC checks.
• Work closely with Buyers to keep everything moving on time and nothing falling behind.
• Keep vehicle keys, logbooks and documents secure, organized and audit ready at all times.
• Act as the central coordination point for the Buying team, keeping communication flowing and everyone on the same page.
• Enter and verify vehicle data using Redbook and Glass's with strong attention to detail.
• Support the wider team with customer service and phone-based coordination when needed.
• Work closely with Delivery, CX, Registrations and Workshop teams to ensure handover processes run smoothly.
• Jump in to support sourcing activities when required, including picking up the phone and chasing key details.
