Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group in Melbourne is seeking a Buyer's Assistant for our womenswear buying team. You will support the Buyer with analysis, data integrity, and product sourcing to align with the business strategy.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of BA experience, strong Excel and SAP skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in SAP.
• Experience in BA roles – minimum 2 years.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support to the Buyer, ensuring efficient operations.
• Manage and analyse data using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Assist in developing and sourcing new products, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
• Serve as the primary contact for Artistry's Master Data & E-commerce queries.
• Optimise and source product content for the website to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain and update data integrity, ensuring accuracy and standardisation.
• Manage promotions and pricing within relevant systems.
