Job summary

Spotlight is seeking a Buyer's Assistant to support the buyer in developing long and short-term strategies, assist stores with queries, and maintain data, promotions, and samples. The role requires strong analytical skills and Excel/SAP proficiency within a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support to the Buyer, ensuring efficient operations.
• Manage and analyse data using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Assist in developing and sourcing new products, aligned with business strategies.
• Serve as the primary contact for Artistry's Master Data & ECommerce queries.
• Optimise and source product content for the website to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain and update data integrity, ensuring accuracy and standardisation.
• Manage promotions and pricing within relevant systems.

What You Will Be Doing:
This role is based around assisting the buyer in completing and executing long and short-term strategies, assisting stores with a variety of queries and requests, and maintaining data, loading promotions, reporting and managing samples.
